Turning Point Action is a 501(c)(4) organization founded in 2019 by Charlie Kirk. Job Description: Turning Point Action is seeking a part-time Executive Coordinator who will be responsible for managing our front desk reception area and perform a variety of administrative tasks for the office. Responsibilities include but aren't limited to welcoming guests positively, directing visitors to the appropriate person/office, sorting and distributing daily mail/deliveries as well as performing any additional tasks on behalf of Executive Admins and COO. The ideal candidate will have a friendly and welcoming personality while also having the responsibility of being the first impression as people walk through the door. The Executive Coordinator will be expected to have a deep knowledge of our organization to give accurate information to any guests who ask.


  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
  • Direct visitors to appropriate person/office
  • Distribute daily mail/ delivers to appropriate department/employee
  • Maintain reception and front desk area
  • Assist in restocking snacks and drinks in office kitchen
  • Coordinate with respective staff member to ensure necessary duties are fulfilled
  • Executives all administrative tasks sufficiently


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Multitasking and time management skills
  • Have close personal alignment with the mission and principles of TPA
  • Willingness to fulfill duties listed and any additional duties assigned


  • 1 or more years of experience as receptionist or front desk position
  • Past involvement with political campaign or organization
